Our floor plans are designed for the way you live and are arranged into three separate areas; the kitchen, dinette and family room serve as the "family" area; the living and dining rooms function as the "formal" area, and the bedrooms are the "living" area.

At Katz Development, our professionally-trained and courteous Sales Associates will assist you in selecting the best home site and floor plan for your lifestyle, and with other matters such as how best to finance your new home. Once you've made the decision to buy a new Katz Development home, our Sales Associates will meet with you to review your home's selections such as paint, carpeting and kitchens as well as to discuss the placement of lighting or any custom choices you may desire. Lastly, we encourage you to speak with our project managers should you have any questions or concerns about your new home, scheduling, or the construction process in general.

Katz Development strives for perfection with every home we build. Just like your automobile, your home requires periodic service and maintenance. For this reason, and for your comfort, Katz Development provides each home with a one-year limited warranty. This is in addition to any warranty offered by the manufacturer of the various components of your home. At closing, you'll receive a Homeowners Manual which will familiarize you with the home's systems, how to care for the home, and what to expect over the course of time. In addition, you'll receive a list of phone numbers for the project manager, the utility companies and the craftsmen who built your home should you encounter any difficulties or have any questions. We're committed to satisfying you before, during and after the sale.
