Once you've made the decision to buy a new Katz Development home, our Sales Associates will meet with you to review your home's selections such as paint, carpeting and kitchens as well as to discuss the placement of lighting or any custom choices you may desire. Lastly, we encourage you to speak with our project managers should you have any questions or concerns about your new home, scheduling, or the construction process in general.

For this reason, and for your comfort, Katz Development provides each home with a one-year limited warranty. At closing, you'll receive a Homeowners Manual which will familiarize you with the home's systems, how to care for the home, and what to expect over the course of time. In addition, you'll receive a list of phone numbers for the project manager, the utility companies and the craftsmen who built your home should you encounter any difficulties or have any questions.
